How to Qualify

To qualify for rent, prospective tenants must meet the following requirements:

Submit a rental application
6+ months employment history or other income (e.g., student, social security, etc.)
Last 2 pay stubs
Driver's license or other government issued identification
No pets, except those permitted by law
No smoking inside unit
An active checking or savings account
A credit score of 650 or higher is preferred
Pay a $25 per person application fee. This fee is discounted from your 1st month's rent upon approval
